On August 19, in accordance with the arrangements of the Management Committee, more than 30 teachers from the newly established high school division of the High-tech Zone visited Inner Mongolia Ruida Chemical Group Co., Ltd. for a site visit and exchange, gaining first-hand insights into the green development practices and talent needs of a modern chemical enterprise.

Under the guidance of Comrade Guan Qi, Secretary of the Board of Directors at Ruida Taifeng Company, the teachers toured the company’s central control room. Comrade Guan provided a detailed overview of the company’s core products and its two-decade development journey, with particular emphasis on the newly established subsidiary—Ruida Juzhi—which is currently in the planning stages. This project focuses on high-value-added fine chemicals, underscoring the company’s robust growth potential.

Walking through the office and industrial campus, the lush greenery came as a refreshing change to the teachers. “I had expected the chemical park to be filled with a pungent odor, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the air so clean—far from the pollution I’d imagined,” they remarked in unison.

During the exchange, the teachers expressed keen interest in the talent needs of enterprises. Guan Qi analyzed the situation from the perspectives of professional competence, practical skills, and career stability, emphasizing that companies not only seek highly skilled, well‑managed professionals but also value ambitious young talents who are down-to-earth, hardworking, and committed to growing alongside the organization. He sincerely stated, “I hope all of you will bring Ruida’s story back to the classroom, nurturing more outstanding students who can contribute to the development of their hometowns in the future.”

At the conclusion of the visit, the high school principal remarked, “This experience has strengthened my resolve and reinvigorated my commitment to teaching in the High-Tech Zone.” The tour has forged a bridge for dialogue between education and industry, and Ruida Chemical Group will continue to deepen its collaboration with schools, working hand in hand with the local education community to cultivate future talent and inject fresh momentum into the region’s high‑quality development.

Over the past several years, Ruida Chemical Group has contributed to local education by donating to educational funds, thereby demonstrating the social responsibility of a private enterprise. At the same time, the company has strengthened efforts to enhance the overall competence of its industrial workforce through regular, ongoing training programs, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise’s transition toward intelligent, green, and integrated development.
