During the inspection, the expert team rigorously adhered to the specific inspection criteria, conducting a meticulous review item by item and clause by clause. The assessment focused on three core risk‑identification modules and on‑site safety management, enabling a precise evaluation of the enterprise’s current occupational safety and production conditions.

I. Focus on recurring violations and conduct thorough inspections to eradicate persistent safety hazards.

The inspection team is focusing on the persistent, recurring safety‑production issues that have been repeatedly identified yet remain unaddressed, conducting targeted checks on the implementation of corrective measures, closed-loop management, and long-term preventive controls for problems uncovered in previous inspections. Particular attention is paid to whether similar hazards have resurfaced, whether corrective actions have been effectively put into practice, and whether control mechanisms are sound and fully operational.
