On August 5, university experts and talent representatives participating in the “Gathering Outstanding Talents” special initiative—bringing renowned national universities to Alxa and fostering industry–university–research–enterprise collaboration—visited Inner Mongolia Ruidataifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. They conducted an on-site inspection of its national-level postdoctoral research workstation and engaged in targeted discussions to align university–enterprise cooperation on technological innovation and the recruitment of high-caliber talent.

Guan Ruining, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the League Committee; Chen Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone; and relevant leaders from Inner Mongolia Ruida Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. accompanied the inspection.

The university delegation visited the workstation’s research and office area as well as its technology‑achievement showcase. The company’s administrative and research leaders provided a detailed overview of the workstation’s postdoctoral research topics, its existing research team, its patent portfolio, and the current status of technology transfer. As a nationally recognized “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” Small Giant enterprise, Ruida Taifeng holds numerous chemical patents; its flagship product, high‑purity potassium hydroxide, serves the new‑energy, semiconductor, and biopharmaceutical sectors, with production capacity ranking among the highest in China.

This visit has further strengthened collaborative partnerships among the university, local authorities, and enterprises, injecting robust intellectual momentum into the company’s future industrial transformation and upgrading.
