On the morning of October 22, Wu Yanping, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairwoman of the Autonomous Region Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to Inner Mongolia Ruida Ruida Chemical Group to conduct a field inspection of the enterprise’s work on factory‑level transparency and democratic management. Accompanying the delegation were Alatengwula, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairwoman of the Alashan League Federation of Trade Unions; Duan Kejing, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Demonstration Zone and Deputy Director of its Administrative Committee; Wang Jinda, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Ruida Chemical Group; as well as other relevant leaders of the group.

The research team gained an understanding of the company’s two-decade development journey by watching a promotional video. Focusing on the principle of “Party building leading trade union work, and trade union work promoting Party building,” they examined how industrial workers have, over the past five years, contributed to workplace safety, technological innovation, safeguarding political security in the labor sphere, and fostering the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship—highlighting their role in striving for excellence and setting benchmarks. They also reviewed the workers’ ideological trends and, through channels such as the Workers’ Congress, open factory management, and democratic governance, heard work reports and conducted verification and oversight of relevant documentation pertaining to Ruidataifeng Company’s initiatives.

After hearing the briefing, the research team emphasized that, in pursuing high-quality enterprise development, it is essential to actively heed the concerns and aspirations of industrial workers, leverage the role of corporate culture, and, through diverse channels such as WeChat official accounts, on-site bulletin boards, and pre-shift meetings, engage a broader workforce in the management of transparent and democratic factory affairs. This will help foster synergy between the enterprise and its employees, enabling them to jointly build and share in the benefits of high‑quality growth.

Going forward, the company will take this survey as an opportunity to fully implement the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Enterprise Democratic Management of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, continuously diversify the channels for making factory affairs transparent, strengthen the collection of employees’ rationalization proposals, and work together to ensure the steady and sustainable development of the “Ruida” platform.
