When it comes to workplace safety, there’s never such a thing as “close enough”—only solid, concrete action. Identifying potential hazards, implementing routine controls, and addressing even the smallest details—every task, no matter how seemingly trivial, is a vital foundation for safeguarding production safety.

Just recently, the High-tech Zone Emergency Management Bureau convened a team of expert specialists and visited our organization to conduct a two-day specialized inspection for classified safety production assessments.

Speaking of this inspection, it was truly meticulous and comprehensive. Unlike routine spot checks and patrols, this categorized assessment felt more like a thorough, all‑encompassing “health check” of workplace safety—leaving no stone unturned. The expert panel, using the standardized checklist, examined every item in painstaking detail, systematically reviewing our organization’s occupational safety practices from start to finish.

During the inspections over the past two days, the inspectors did not go through the motions or merely pay lip service. They meticulously reviewed and verified our various records on work safety, management systems, training logs, hazard‑rectification files, and other relevant documentation, rigorously assessing the standardization and comprehensiveness of our day-to-day safety management practices.

On the other hand, team members went deep into the production frontline, touring every operational area to conduct on-site inspections of all types of equipment and facilities, work procedures, protective measures, and site‑management practices. From the smallest protective detail on a piece of equipment to the overarching safety‑management processes, the instructors meticulously checked and rigorously verified each element, leaving no minor hazard unaddressed and overlooking no weak link.

To be honest, throughout the entire process, we were deeply moved. Safety work is never achieved overnight; it requires unwavering dedication and continuous improvement, day in and day out. This special inspection not only provided a comprehensive review of our past efforts in production safety but also offered precise guidance and opportunities for further enhancement.

Through the expert panel’s thorough assessment and insightful feedback, we have gained a clearer understanding of our strengths while pinpointing the shortcomings in our day-to-day operations and identifying specific areas for optimization and improvement.

Going forward, we will take this classification‑based assessment and inspection as an opportunity to squarely confront existing issues and implement immediate corrective measures. In response to the expert panel’s comments and recommendations, we will systematically review each point and ensure its thorough implementation, refine our remediation plans, address safety gaps, further standardize production‑safety management procedures, and strengthen all employees’ awareness of their safety responsibilities.

Going forward, we will continue to prioritize workplace safety above all else, maintaining constant vigilance and strengthening our safety safeguards. With an even more rigorous approach and concrete, well‑grounded measures, we will uphold the bottom line of safe production and lay a solid foundation for the stable and orderly operation of our organization.
