Ruida Chemical Group Conducts the Fourth Specialized Training Session of the Policy and Law Study Group for 2026.
April 15 is National Security Education Day, and April 20–26 marks National Intellectual Property Security Week. To deepen understanding of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law and in light of the relevant security laws and regulations set to take effect soon, with the aim of enhancing policy and theoretical competence, Ruida Chemical Group organized a special training session for its central study group on April 24, focusing on theoretical, legal, and practical knowledge for April 2026. Relevant management personnel from all departments of the Group and its subsidiaries attended the session.

This training session, tailored to the specific characteristics of the chemical industry, featured Party Shoufei, Deputy General Manager for Safety and Environmental Protection, who provided an in-depth analysis of the key provisions of relevant laws and regulations on workplace safety, thereby strengthening the legal foundation for safe production. Through video lectures and policy briefings, participants gained insights ranging from ideological guidance on cultivating and practicing a sound approach to performance evaluation to bolstering public awareness on National Security Education Day; from practical interpretations of risks associated with trade secret infringement to an overview of the policy advantages offered by the Inner Mongolia Free Trade Zone. Each component of the training was closely aligned with the realities of corporate development and management.
In light of emerging trends in the chemical industry, we have drawn on the practices of leading enterprises driving green and digital transformation, as well as those of peer organizations, to gain deeper insights into cutting-edge industry expertise and evolving development trajectories. At the same time, by analyzing annual reports of publicly listed companies and examining case studies such as economic risk alerts related to invoicing, we have further refined our understanding of the industry’s competitive landscape and risk‑management strategies.
Going forward, Ruida Chemical Group will continue to translate the outcomes of its theoretical studies into concrete actions that advance workplace safety, ensure compliant operations, and drive innovative development, thereby leveraging high‑quality learning to power the company’s sustainable, high‑quality growth.
