In 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the holistic national security concept. On April 15, the Party branch of Ruida Group’s headquarters and the Rui Xin Party branch invited staff from the Party and Mass Work Office of the High-tech Zone to the company to conduct a thematic study session marking the eleventh National Security Education Day. The two branches organized more than 20 Party members, cadres, and employees to participate.

The event was themed “Coordinating Development and Security to Safeguard the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan,” and, in light of enterprises’ actual production and operations, provided a detailed explanation of national security laws, the Counter‑Espionage Law, and other relevant statutes. It also conducted an in-depth analysis of typical cases in the chemical industry that involve national security, with particular emphasis on economic security, cybersecurity, and data security—areas closely linked to corporate development. The initiative sought to guide enterprises in earnestly fulfilling their principal responsibilities, enhance employees’ awareness of security risks, and jointly build a robust defense for safeguarding national security. At the event site, informational display boards were set up, and promotional brochures were distributed.

This joint publicity campaign will further strengthen the political, ideological, and practical awareness of Party members, cadres, and employees in safeguarding national security, encouraging them to conscientiously fulfill their social responsibility to protect national security, and ensuring that they know the law, understand the law, and abide by the law, thereby contributing the enterprise’s strength to fostering a secure and stable environment for development.
