Using green as a bridge, nurturing trees to grow into forests.

With the arrival of spring and the bright, serene weather, all things flourish. To further enhance the factory’s environment and enrich its ecological vitality, the company has used tree‑planting as a metaphor to convey its development philosophy of “cultivating talent and growing together in harmony.” Recently, Ruida Taifeng organized a tree‑seedling‑planting event along the green belts. All departments enthusiastically answered the call, actively participated, and worked hand in hand to bring new greenery to the campus and nurture fresh hope for the company.

 

 

Once the event kicked off, all departments responded promptly and participated enthusiastically, with eager colleagues quickly assembling into a vibrant planting team. At the site, everyone took on clearly defined roles and worked in seamless harmony: some wielded shovels to dig holes, others held seedlings in place, some mounded soil and compacted it, and still others watered and irrigated. Every task was carried out with meticulous care and orderly precision. Under the spring sunshine, sleeves were rolled up and spirits were high; amid cheerful laughter, scenes of bustling yet heartwarming activity gradually unfolded along the factory’s green belts.

The earthy fragrance mingled with everyone’s sweat, and after an afternoon of hard work, rows of saplings stood neatly and upright in the green belt, lending a touch of vitality to the otherwise pristine factory grounds and infusing the spring‑time campus with fresh energy. Gazing at the little trees they had planted with their own hands, smiles of satisfaction lit up their faces, filling their hearts with a sense of accomplishment—this was not only planting a patch of greenery on the factory grounds but also sowing seeds of hope for the company’s future.

 

 

As a gentle breeze sweeps through, each sapling sways in the wind, much like the company’s newly hired young employees—brimming with youthful enthusiasm and boundless energy, and filled with hopes for the future—as they take root in the fertile soil of Ruidataifeng. The company, like a diligent gardener, nurtures and cultivates them with care, providing every new hire with the fertile ground for growth and the platform to thrive. In this way, they put down deep roots and flourish in their roles, gradually maturing from tender “saplings” into towering “trees” capable of standing on their own, ultimately becoming the backbone of the company’s continued development.

Planting trees and nurturing people—our original aspiration remains unchanged. Greening the factory grounds creates a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work environment, reflecting the company’s commitment to human-centered care; cultivating talent injects an endless stream of momentum into the company’s high‑quality development, laying a solid foundation for long-term growth. The breeze caresses the young seedlings, guiding them to grow toward the sun; the torch of hope is passed from one generation to the next, as we stride together into the future. This tree‑planting event is not only a hands‑on effort to beautify our environment, but also a meaningful initiative to sow hope and unite our strengths.
