At 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2026, in order to strengthen accountability for workplace safety management and ensure the smooth progress of the Ruida Juzhi New Project as well as the operational safety of all construction personnel, Party Shoufei, Deputy General Manager of Safety and Environmental Protection for the Group, led a inspection team comprising staff from the Group’s Safety and Environmental Protection Department, regional project managers, and on-site safety supervisors from the contractor, who conducted a targeted safety inspection at the project site.

At the outset of the inspection, all members of the inspection team assembled on the project’s open site to hold a brief pre‑shift safety briefing. Party Secretary Fei, taking into account the specific characteristics of the current civil‑engineering phase, underscored the key priorities for safety management to all supervisory personnel, urging all parties to maintain strict vigilance over production safety and rigorously enforce fundamental safety protocols—such as work‑permit approval, personal protective equipment, and on‑site supervision—to ensure that safety management requirements are effectively communicated to every frontline worker. Subsequently, the inspection team conducted an on-site walkthrough of the under-construction factory‑building area, discussing progress and safety‑management details as they moved. Management personnel exchanged practical insights on key safety‑control measures for earthworks, subsequent pipeline installation, and ancillary steel‑structure construction, while identifying and addressing potential risks associated with outdoor operations—such as wind protection, site access, and material storage—and coordinating solutions to ensure seamless integration of on‑site safety management.

Finally, the inspection team entered the interior of a construction unit where the main masonry work was still incomplete to assess site conditions. They carefully examined key aspects such as masonry execution, temporary electrical wiring, and protective measures for internal working spaces, identifying potential safety hazards in the ongoing construction. Upon detecting specific issues, they provided immediate feedback to on-site supervisors and mandated that the relevant work crews complete corrective actions within a set timeframe. At the same time, they strengthened the approval and oversight of hot‑work and temporary electrical operations inside the building to mitigate common safety risks during the civil‑engineering phase.

This comprehensive on-site inspection has further strengthened communication channels among the Group’s safety management department, project management team, and construction contractors. Moving forward, Ruida Group will continue to conduct routine safety inspections for the Ruida Juzhi New Project, closely monitoring risk dynamics across various construction phases—including civil works, equipment delivery, and installation—and rigorously implementing closed-loop corrective measures for identified hazards. By establishing a robust safety management framework, the Group will ensure the project is completed on schedule, to high quality, and put into operation as planned.
