On July 11, Ruida Chemical Group convened a summary meeting on work safety for the first half of 2026, thoroughly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on work safety, earnestly carrying out the recent directives on the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals, systematically reviewing economic indicators, honors and achievements, and progress on key tasks for the first half of the year, objectively analyzing the major issues currently at hand, and clearly defining the direction and specific arrangements for the second half of the year.

The meeting noted that, since the beginning of this year, in line with the guiding principles of our work and with a focus on launching the 15th Five-Year Plan, efforts have been closely aligned with the final objectives of the three-year campaign to address root causes and strengthen safety. Guided by the newly implemented laws and regulations on hazardous chemical safety, all initiatives have advanced steadily. New projects commenced on schedule, and dedicated task forces collaborated to tackle key challenges. In response to emerging market dynamics, the Group has drawn profound lessons from industry accidents, continuously reinforced its safety safeguards, significantly bolstered compliance awareness, and made solid progress in identifying and rectifying potential risks. As a result, improvements in workplace safety and operational efficiency have yielded positive outcomes, maintaining an overall stable and orderly situation.

However, it is also important to recognize that the new regulations impose higher standards across all stages—safety, production, transportation, R&D, and equipment upgrades—and that sustained, targeted efforts are still needed to align with these requirements and adopt a systematic approach.

The meeting emphasized that, in the second half of the year, all work should be guided by the objectives and tasks set at the beginning of the year, with a sustained focus on strengthening safety safeguards. It called for comprehensive alignment with the latest laws and standards, and for coordinated advancement of six key priorities: workplace safety, project development, market deployment, foundational strengthening and efficiency enhancement, compliance management, and innovation-driven improvement. The meeting also urged all cadres and employees to embrace a sense of responsibility—“always feeling deeply concerned”—to accelerate the transition of the workplace safety governance model toward proactive prevention, thereby ensuring high‑level safety and underpinning the Group’s high‑quality development.
