To deepen university–enterprise collaboration and ensure seamless talent integration, while helping soon-to‑be‑hired graduates become familiar with the corporate environment and clarify their career paths, Inner Mongolia Ruida Taifeng Chemical Company placed great emphasis on this pre‑employment observation program. The company undertook meticulous planning and coordinated arrangements in advance, offering comprehensive, caring support and expert guidance to welcome students who had successfully passed the interview at Alashan Vocational and Technical College for an on‑site visit and learning experience. Highly committed to the initiative, the group arranged dedicated vehicles on June 13 to transport more than 40 students in two separate groups directly to the Ruida Taifeng Chemical plant. Throughout the journey, attentive escorts ensured smooth travel, alleviating all concerns about commuting and allowing participants to embark confidently on an immersive observational tour.

 

 

To ensure the observation event was conducted in an orderly manner and yielded tangible results, the company undertook meticulous advance planning and coordination, with all departments working in close collaboration. From itinerary design and personnel reception to on-site briefings and safety measures, every aspect was thoroughly prepared. The company’s executive vice president and heads of the relevant departments accompanied the group throughout, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to and care for young talent through a rigorous, detail-oriented approach and warm, attentive service. They then gained a vivid sense of the company’s overall strength, technological edge, and deep industry roots through an enterprise promotional video, moving beyond textbook knowledge to form a well-rounded understanding of its current landscape. In addition, the session provided detailed explanations and insights into key employment‑related topics—such as onboarding procedures, pre‑employment training, compensation and benefits, career advancement, and talent development—while also outlining career‑growth pathways in light of industry trends and the company’s talent‑development strategy. Participants’ various workplace questions were addressed, helping them clarify their career‑planning objectives. Following this, attendees visited the core production areas for an immersive hands‑on experience. On‑site experts walked them through chemical‑production processes, equipment operation, practical job tasks, and safety‑protocol standards, allowing them to appreciate modern manufacturing practices while deeply internalizing the guiding principles of “safety first” and meticulous craftsmanship, and becoming familiar with the work environment and essential operational techniques.

 

 

Participants also toured the under-construction facility of Ruida Juzhi Company. Through an overview of its overall layout, construction progress, and plans for industrial upgrading, they gained a tangible sense of the company’s robust growth momentum and vast potential for expansion, further bolstering their confidence in career development. This pre‑employment observation visit represents a key initiative for the company to deepen industry–university collaborative education and build a high‑quality platform for talent development.
