Using reports to drive reform and evaluations to boost performance—Inner Mongolia Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. Holds the 2025 Annual Report Meeting for Cadres
To comprehensively summarize the achievements of 2025, thoroughly analyze existing problems and shortcomings, and clearly define the direction for next steps, Inner Mongolia Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. organized a 2025 annual performance review and evaluation meeting for its cadres on January 26, 2026. Zhang Maoyong, General Manager of the company, and heads of various departments attended the meeting. Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee, was invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting, the three officials who presented their reports closely adhered to their job responsibilities and, supported by detailed data, systematically reported on their performance this year in areas such as business advancement, task implementation, and capability enhancement. They objectively analyzed existing problems and shortcomings in their work and proposed directions for improvement and key objectives for the coming year.
Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, provided comments on each cadre’s work report. He both acknowledged the achievements made and pointed out existing problems, while also setting forth requirements for the next steps in their work.
In the coming period, the cadre members will take practical and effective measures to further deepen the implementation of corrective actions and continuously enhance the company’s operational and developmental capabilities. Participants conducted on-site assessments to promote mutual learning and common progress among cadres, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s achievement of high-quality development.
The performance review and evaluation is not only a retrospective analysis of our work but also an important means of strengthening team cohesion and driving the company’s development. Moving forward, Ruida Taifeng Company, under the leadership of the Group, will steadily advance all tasks for 2026, ensuring a strong start to the year.
