To further enhance the sense of responsibility, discipline awareness, and theoretical literacy of party members and cadres, on August 13, the Ruida Party Branch organized a training on the code of conduct for party members and cadres' due diligence in the production office, injecting strong momentum into the construction of the branch's party member team.

At the beginning of the training, Party Branch Secretary Nan Guaiguai reported on the unqualified ideological reports of party members in July. By confronting the issues directly and naming them, party members and cadres were urged to face their shortcomings, strengthen the seriousness and standardization of ideological reports, and promote constant self-reflection and diligent improvement in their thinking.

Subsequently, the training focused on two key areas: integrity discipline and theoretical study. All party members studied the relevant provisions on integrity discipline together, further clarifying the disciplinary red lines and strengthening the ideological defense against corruption and degeneration; at the same time, they deeply studied Chapter 7 of "An Overview of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Thoughts on Party Building," drawing wisdom from party building theory to enhance theoretical consciousness in performing duties and responsibilities.

The training received high attention from the Ruida Group Party Committee. Hu Donghui, a member of the Group Party Committee, attended the entire session and provided guidance. He emphasized that party members and cadres should deeply practice the "Mongolian Horse Spirit" and the "Three North Spirit"—with the Mongolian horse's perseverance and courage to forge ahead, overcoming difficulties in their posts; with the Three North Spirit's hard work and persistent efforts, they should uphold their original intentions and take responsibility in performing their duties, transforming spiritual strength into practical results that promote work.

This training was solid and targeted, sounding the disciplinary alarm, consolidating the theoretical foundation, and clarifying the spiritual guidance. Party members and cadres of the Ruida Party Branch expressed that they will take this training as an opportunity to continuously improve their ability to perform duties, strictly observe discipline and rules, and practice the mission of party members with concrete actions, contributing to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
