To promote collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research, and to seek a win-win situation and common development for school-enterprise cooperation, on the afternoon of March 19, Bai Jie, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, visited the company for a school-enterprise cooperation symposium at the invitation of the company. Hu Donghui, deputy general manager of Inner Mongolia Ruida Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Maoyong, general manager of Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd., Nan Guagua, deputy general manager, and heads of relevant departments attended the symposium, which was chaired by Hu Donghui, deputy general manager of the Group Company.

　　At the meeting, Hu Donghui first extended a warm welcome to the team from the School of Chemical Engineering of the University of Technology. He introduced the company's current development overview and highly affirmed the important role played by the school's graduates in the company's rapid development in recent years. He hoped that based on the existing good foundation, both sides would give full play to their respective advantages, deepen and expand the fields of cooperation, and jointly create a brighter future. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation, student employment, and scientific research cooperation. Regarding the development situation, he expressed the hope that through this meeting, a cooperation bridge could be established between the school and the enterprise, taking the co-construction of a school-enterprise internship base as an opportunity to empower both sides and achieve full cooperation in graduate employment and entrepreneurship, internship training, talent cultivation, and curriculum development.

　　At the symposium, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the latest scientific research achievements in the chemical industry, talent cultivation, and industry-academia-research cooperation. Dean Bai Jie introduced the college's research progress in new chemical materials and green chemical processes, and expressed the desire to strengthen cooperation with enterprises and jointly promote the transformation of scientific research achievements. 

　　The holding of this symposium is a manifestation of the college's comprehensive deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and achieving school-enterprise supply and demand docking. It has laid a good foundation for further expanding the breadth and depth of cooperation, finding more points of integration and innovation between schools and enterprises, and forming a win-win situation that promotes higher-quality employment for school graduates and assists employers in talent selection. In the future, both sides will regularly visit and exchange information, discuss talent cultivation models together, and build a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise employment and education, thereby cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel for local economic and social development.
