To promote the collaborative innovation among industry, academia and research, and to seek a win-win situation and common development for both the university and the enterprise, on the afternoon of March 19th, Bai Jie, the Party Secretary and Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and his team were invited to visit our company for a discussion on university-enterprise cooperation. Hu Donghui, the Vice President of Inner Mongolia Ruida Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Maoyong, the General Manager of Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd., Nan Guagua, the Vice President, and the heads of relevant departments attended the symposium, which was presided over by Hu Donghui, the Vice President of the Group Company. 

At the meeting, Hu Donghui first extended a warm welcome to the team from the School of Chemical Engineering of the University of Technology. He introduced the current development overview of the company and highly affirmed the significant role played by the school's graduates in the company's rapid development in recent years. He hoped that both sides could, on the basis of the existing good foundation, give full play to their respective advantages, deepen and expand the areas of cooperation, and jointly create a brighter future. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation, student employment, and scientific research cooperation. Regarding the development situation, he expressed the hope that through this meeting, a cooperation bridge could be established between the school and the enterprise. Taking the opportunity of jointly building an internship base for students, both sides could empower each other and reach full cooperation in areas such as graduate employment and entrepreneurship, internships and practical training, talent cultivation, and course construction. 

At the symposium, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on new scientific research achievements in the chemical field, talent cultivation, and industry-university-research cooperation. President Bai Jie introduced the research progress of the college in the fields of new chemical materials and green chemical processes, and expressed the desire to strengthen cooperation with enterprises and jointly promote the transformation of scientific research achievements. 

The holding of this symposium is a manifestation of the college's comprehensive deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and achieving a supply-demand connection between schools and enterprises. It lays a solid foundation for further expanding the breadth and depth of cooperation, seeking more integration and innovation points between schools and enterprises, and creating a win-win situation that promotes higher-quality employment for school graduates and helps employers select talents. In the future, both the school and the enterprises will visit each other regularly, discuss the talent cultivation model together, and establish a long-term mechanism for employment and education work, in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for the local economic and social development.
